By April 2012, when the township government office and the neighborhood committee staff checked the low-income households in the lower village, they found that the old people of Yuxiang did not have a minimum guarantee. Wrong name, "Yuxiang" was registered as "Wang Xiang", and the archives of that year were not sound, so Yu Xiang used Wang Xiang's name to lead the subsistence allowance until the Civil Affairs Office discovered that there was no person named Wang Xiang.
