(1) Duties

1. Conscientiously implement the national labor protection laws, regulations and superior instructions and the factory's safe production management system.

2. Grasp the situation of safe production in a timely manner, resolutely stop illegal operations, and strengthen on-site safety production management. At the same time as production according to production, we must conscientiously implement specific measures for safe production, and immediately take measures to detect unsafe hidden dangers. For problems that are difficult to solve, it is necessary to take effective preventive measures and immediately report to the Ministry of Mines and Safety.

3, each shift half an hour to the workshop to hand over the shift, arrange the precautions for the production on duty, do a good job of shift records.

4. Perform three on-site inspections for each shift.

(1) After the shift, it is necessary to check whether the work of each working surface and point is implemented, the safety, ventilation and dustproof conditions and the equipment are good and reliable, and the problem is solved immediately.

(2) The class will check the safety, safety and dust prevention of the main work place, and find out the problem in time.

(3) Checking before the handover, submitting the opinions on production, safety and dust prevention, and the existing problems and handling opinions.

5. Do a good job in employee safety, legal education, and labor discipline education. When new workers enter the field and workers change positions, they must conduct safety education, and old workers lead the work. Special types of workshops are not allowed to be exchanged.

6. Strictly implement the operation system for the down-shift work, and check the inspection and analysis to the bottom, and report to the Ministry of Mines and Safety.

7. Guide and support the work of the security officers, listen to their opinions, and lead the employees of the workshop to complete all the safe and civilized production tasks proposed by the relevant departments.

8. Organize and guide the blasting work in this mine area, frequently check the management and use of blasting equipment , and strictly implement the safety system and regulations for blasting work.

9. Strictly implement the safety inspection at the job site, especially for the quality of work requirements, roof management, quality of repair, five-four, and mechanical equipment, and strictly implement the responsibility system for workers.

10. Seriously do a good job in project quality, excavation, mining, management engineering, and support must be constructed according to design requirements, and strict requirements are required.

11. Organize a workshop safety meeting every week, summarize the safety production situation last week, arrange the safety work for the next week, and conscientiously implement the safety inspection system.

12. Death, serious injury and major attempted accidents should be protected from the scene, and immediately report to the Ministry of Mines and Safety, actively organize rescue, participate in accident investigation, identify the cause, propose preventive measures, and conscientiously implement.

13. Assist the safety personnel of the unit to improve various safety rules and regulations according to the relevant safety regulations at all levels and in combination with the actual situation of the workshop.

14. Responsible for the reporting of public injury and equipment accidents in this unit.

15. Do a good job of winter “four defenses” and summer “four defenses”.

(2) Objectives

1. The number of deaths during the year is zero;

2. The serious accident in the year is zero;

3. Maintaining a three-level standard for safety and standardized mines during the year;

4. The rate of minor injuries per 1,000 people is controlled within 3 weeks;

5. Equipment, fire, pollution and other accidents are zero;

6. The accident rectification rate of accidents is 100%;

7. The implementation rate of special operation safety measures is 100%;

8. The passing rate of safety education and training for workshops and teams is 100%;
