1. Application: This machine is used for one-time same direction stranding of copper wire below 12 strands and core wire.
2. Main characteristics:
The machine adopts the cage type structure and is characterized by the strong practicality, beautiful appearance, easy operation, low noise, smooth running, easy maintenance and low labor intensity. Stranding cage is of back-twisting and none-back twisting.
3). Technical data:
1. Type: Shaft type sleeve-jacking lock as per the plan B with safety shield. Pay-off stranding cage has 12 strands (6+6 strands will be designed and installed on the both sides of the cage), wire inlet end (head end) will be equipped with medium loading bearing and wire outlet end (back end) will be equipped with medium loading bearing to make sure the stranding cage won't deform in the course of running.
2. Structure: The machine base and stranding cage are made by welding square steel tube and steel plate that have been processed and treated. Safety shield is made by welding steel tube and net-grid steel plate and will be moved by push-pull.
3. Driven power: 15HP (11.2KW) AC motor (Siemens) + 1/15 reducer + 15HP (11.2KW) converter (Siemens) via synchronous belt transmission to realize rotating forward and backward. Adopting air-pressure disc-type brake to stop the machine.
4. Bobbin size: 400mm (width and bore diameter as per the drawing offered by client), the weight of each bobbin is within 150KG, the total weight of the 12 full bobbins is about 1800KG. (Required to operate the bobbin weight symmetrically)
5. Tension adjustment: Spring + belt friction adjusting tension (only can adjust tension after the machine stopped)
6. Wire outlet end (back end) has installed wire distribution module that can be arrayed as per the number of strands to be twisted, equipped with adjustable wire assembly stand that will assemble the wires
