The area near the wind lane has been supported by the single side matching wood, but the area with the lower empty top height of 4.5m has not been supported. The mine leaders decided to use the long-steel beam in the empty roof area to support the false roof. In order to ensure the safety during the false roof, the technical safety measures were specially prepared and the operators strictly followed the implementation.

First, technical requirements:

1. Take the artificial paving false top, the false top material is made of long steel beams with wooden boards, bamboo curtains and flats under the long steel beams.

2. Laying the false tops from top to bottom, the spacing between the two steel beams is 1.2m.

3. The length of the steel beam inserted into the coal wall shall not be less than 0.3m, and the length of the inserted probe beam shall not be less than 0.2m. The coal shall be used for firewood and beach back.

4. When laying the false top, first place one end of the steel beam on the bracket telescopic beam, the other end is inserted into the coal wall, and the middle single hydraulic prop is supported. On the transverse steel beam, the old steel beam is used to build the shed in the oblique direction. At the intersection of the transverse steel beam and the inclined steel beam, the "U" shaped card is fixed at the cross, and the wooden board is laid on the upper part, and the bamboo curtain is laid in the gap to form a human false top.

5. Put a single pillar under each row of steel beams. The single pillar near the end of the coal wall is close to the coal wall. The single pillar near the end of the bracket is 1.2m away from the top beam of the bracket. The remaining single pillars are spaced 1.2m apart. Support and carry the unit at the intersection of the steel beams.

6. Two rows of steel beams are laid in the oblique direction, and two rows of steel beams are arranged in the middle of the transverse steel beams.

7. The full length of the transverse steel beam and the inclined steel beam is composed of 2.5m I-beam and other unequal-length I-beams, and each I-beam is connected by a splint.

Second, safety precautions:

1. Each class must have a duty mine leader and an safety supervisor to follow up, conduct on-site safety command, and immediately notify the personnel to retreat when a hidden danger occurs.

2. Before laying the false top work, the operators must strengthen the “knocking and asking top”, find the net hanging rock, prevent the roof from falling and hurting people, and do a good job of independent security and mutual security.

3. At the same time as the operator's work, there must be an experienced master to observe the mountain at any time, and the abnormality is notified to the operator to retreat.

4. Insert the steel beam into the coal wall with a handcuff to draw a small hole of 0.4m deep at the false top. While inserting the steel beam, a thin piece of wood is placed on the steel beam and the wood piece is wedged.

5. The single hydraulic props that are compatible with the height must be selected under the steel beam to ensure the support strength of the single hydraulic prop.

6. All the monomers must be on the solid wood or on the side timber. When the height of the single pillar is slightly lower than the support height, the single pillar must wear shoes.

7. When the workers lift the pillars or steel beams, they must work together. When striking the pillars and the steel beams, they must send people to look at the safety and find out the dangerous rocks that may fall and prevent the steel beams or pillars from falling and hurting people.

8. The operator should observe the top plate at any time to check the situation and find that the abnormality is immediately withdrawn.

9. After laying the false top on duty, all the pillars must be connected with the anti-backing rope to prevent the inverted column.

10. Once a bracket has been laid and checked by the team leader, the next bracket can be laid.

11. Other unfinished matters should be strictly implemented in accordance with the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines", "Working Regulations for 2467 Fully Mechanized Faces" and related safety technical measures.
