We are a factory established in 2008 with an international trade team to support global clients.
2. What payment terms do you usually use?
T/T 30% deposit and 70% against documents, Western Union, L/C at sight.
3. What is your lead time for goods?
Typically 35 days after order confirmation. 30 days may be available during low season (May–July), and 45 days during the new year and hot season (January–March).
4. Samples
For customers who require sample confirmation before placing an order, we have the following policy:
1) All samples are free of charge, with a maximum value of USD 100.
2) The courier cost for the first-time sample delivery will be paid by the recipient. We will send the samples with freight collect. Please provide your FedEx, UPS, DHL, or TNT account details so we can proceed quickly.
3) The first-time courier cost will be deducted from the total contract value of the trial cooperation.
