Party B shall provide Party A with the following information and technical documents:

1) Operation Instructions: One set

3 Necessary Parameters and Requirements of Equipment:

1) The design of equipment shall comply with ISO international standards and national standards relating to machine tools.

2) For all spare parts, components, and instruments, the International System of Units (SI) shall be applied.

3) Specification Parameters

• Maximum pipe diameter (iron pipe): Φ120×2mm

• Maximum operation distance: 150mm

• Oil pump: 33L

• Motor power: 11kw

• Hydraulic working pressure: 14MPa

• Machine weight: 3500KG

• Machine dimension: 3400×1250×1900mm

• Mode of mould change: Hydraulic cylinder

4. Acceptance

Acceptance shall be conducted at the supplier's factory and involve the followings:

1) Appearance test of units (after visual inspection, the units shall be free from deformation, rust spot and surface peeling, etc);

2) Examination of quantity and size according to the units list;

3) Evaluation methods for final acceptance:

The acceptance is made according to this agreement, and both parties jointly perform inspection and accept the inspection results.

4) Acceptance method:

The acceptance is to be made according to this agreement, and both parties sign on the acceptance report after qualified acceptance.

5. Installation, Debugging and Training

The purchaser shall be responsible for handling and lifting to the place before making equipment connected with power supply and air supply, and injecting hydraulic oil to the top level. The supplier shall be responsible for debugging and provide training to the purchaser’s personnel with the coordination from designated person of the purchaser.

6. Technical Support and After-Sales Service

1) Warranty period is one year.

2) Life-long maintenance will be provided by Party B after warranty.

3) Extensive and excellent technical support as well as spare parts will be provided for life time (development status of new technique, characteristics of new equipment, advanced technical consultation, answering to puzzling questions, upgrading and replacement).
