AC Radiator Recycle Equipment Features & Description:
This system is used for crushing scrap radiators into small pieces and separating copper, aluminum, and other metals. The entire plant offers high recycling efficiency and separation rate (up to 99%). It can process over 1000kg of scrap radiators per hour without losing any copper during the process. The machine consists of a crusher, shredder, conveyor, separator, and dust collector. The first crusher can also be used for crushing scrap copper wires and other types of metal. It can process both flat and compressed radiators from air conditioners and cars. There's no limitation on radiator size. Copper and aluminum pieces produced by the system can be reused. The size of the output can be adjusted according to customer requirements. The whole line is controlled by a PLC system. Only two workers are needed to operate the equipment. All parts are of high quality and designed for long-term use. We also supply necessary tools to maintain the complete system.
Magnetic separators use ferromagnetic roller separators, achieving a separation rate of up to 95%.
The pulse dust collector prevents dust leakage, with a cleaning efficiency of 99%, ensuring no secondary pollution.
Air flow separators achieve a separation rate of 97%.
1. Conveyor: Radiators are placed on the conveyor and sent to the first crusher.
2. First Crusher: This crusher cuts the radiator into small pieces of 10-15 cm.
3. Second Shredder: The shredder further breaks down the crushed radiator into smaller pieces.
4. Separator: Copper and aluminum pellets are separated by the vibrating separator.
5. Copper Outlet.
6. Aluminum Outlet.
