Description:
PVC compounds are extruded using PVC, CaCO3, DOP, pigment, and additives. This PVC cable pellet extrusion line is equipped with specially designed screw and barrel systems, enabling the production of PE, PP, or PVC wood-plastic profile products. These materials are widely used in trays, flooring, and wall decoration applications.
Twin Screw Extruder Screw Element:
1. Easy interchangeability through flexible combination.
2. Efficient self-cleaning, transmission, compounding, and pressure forming.
3. Made from high-speed tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 or anti-corrosion steel 38CrMoAlA, treated with special processes.
High Speed Mixer:
Used for mixing, stirring, drying, and coloring various materials in plastics, rubber, and daily chemicals industries. It features a patented sealing technology for the main shaft and a dual-sealing system on the pot cover. The mixer offers both self-friction heating and electric heating modes.
Electric Control System:
1. Frame-type control cabinet.
2. Imported electrical components.
3. Imported temperature control system.
4. Imported drive system.
5. Interlock and multi-protection functions.
6. Equipped with imported PLC (OMRON or SIMES) for optimized process control, offering stronger functionality, stable performance, and higher accuracy.
Device to Connect Twin Screw and Single Screw Extruders:
This component connects the twin screw extruder with the single screw extruder, ensuring smooth material transfer into the single screw extruder.

- Packaging: Wooden cases or anti-rust oil treatment followed by stretch film covering to protect against moisture damage.
