Our packing

1. Inner packing with plastic bag for painting protect.

2. The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to European countries, the wooden box will be fumigated. If container is too tighter, we will use the film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

   1. Product introduction, technical communication, non-standard product design, trouble-shooting.
Sale service commitment
   1. We will inform customer about the product name, quantity, packing and delivery time in advance by fax, SMS, email etc, keep in touch with clients, ensure the timely delivery.
   2. For special or complex products, we will arrange technical personnel give training and guidance to the users about application of the products, troubleshooting, commissioning and maintenance.
After-sales service commitment
   1. There are 12 months warranty of our products from the date of original delivery.
   2. During using products, we will organize regular technology, quality inspection and service personnel, collect the feedbacks about product quality, use condition and improvement etc, so as to improve the quality of products further.
