The invention includes a reactor pressure vessel and an insulation layer coated on the outside of the reactor pressure vessel. A flow channel is formed between the outer wall surface of the reactor pressure vessel and the insulation layer. The interior of the flow channel has a plurality of protrusions fixed on the inner wall surface of the insulation layer. The multiple protrusions are not in contact with each other, arranged in a circumferential direction, or arranged in a misaligned manner. The purpose is to increase the heat exchange capacity of the fluid by changing the accumulation of bubbles in the outer wall of the pressure vessel so as to achieve the purpose of increasing the critical heat flux of the fluid at the corresponding position on the outer wall of the pressure vessel.
