Fusion Production makes its debut at Autodesk’s “Factory of the Future”

<

Last week, I had the opportunity to be at Autodesk’s newly launched Advanced Manufacturing Facility (AMF) in Birmingham, UK. It was an exciting event as we showcased our latest offering in the manufacturing space—Autodesk Fusion Production. The AMF is a cutting-edge hub equipped with the most advanced tools and technologies, making it the perfect environment for launching such an innovative solution. Fusion Production is a cloud-based platform that integrates production scheduling, job tracking, and CNC machine monitoring through the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). This all-in-one system is designed to streamline operations, improve collaboration between design, manufacturing, and operations teams, and bring real-time visibility into the production process. Whether teams are working on-site or remotely, Fusion Production ensures seamless communication and data sharing across departments. We first introduced Fusion Production at Autodesk University in Las Vegas last November, as part of our broader vision to make smart manufacturing accessible to all. Available via web browser or mobile app, it empowers users to monitor and manage production from anywhere, enhancing efficiency and reducing the potential for human error. At the AMF, we demonstrated how Fusion Production can integrate with other Autodesk tools like PowerMill. For instance, data from PowerMill can be automatically sent directly into Fusion Production, allowing machines to start right from within the app. This kind of automation not only speeds up the workflow but also reduces manual intervention, bringing us closer to a fully connected and autonomous manufacturing ecosystem. One of the key features that stood out during my conversations with customers was the ability to collect and analyze production data in real time. Many of them mentioned that this level of insight was something they had been struggling to achieve before. Now, with Fusion Production, they can assess their current performance, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions to optimize throughput and improve overall efficiency. The integration of design and manufacturing has always been a challenge, but Fusion Production is helping bridge that gap. By building on the Forge platform, it allows for easier connectivity and scalability, enabling companies to create a more integrated and intelligent manufacturing environment. As I watched the Autodesk CEO, Andrew Anagnost, experience Fusion Production firsthand, it was clear that this tool represents a major step forward in our journey toward push-button manufacturing. It's not just about technology—it's about empowering people and transforming the way we think about production. The manufacturing industry is evolving rapidly, and we're proud to be leading the charge with solutions that help our customers stay ahead of the curve. There's still a lot more to come, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for smart manufacturing. High Frequency Laser

The modulation rate of DPSS Laser can be up to 4MHz, and diode laser up to 150MHz. With the advantages of quick modulation rate, high extinction ratio, easy coding and convenient use, high frequency modulated lasers made by CNI Laser is mainly used in the fields such as laser text-image processing, laser lithography, laser phototypesetting, and laser digital communication. It is suitable for OEM system integration and scientific research laboratories, etc.

The laser system can be used for a variety of wavelengths from UV Laser to IR Laser, TTL modulation or analog modulation are optional. You can change the frequency or intensity of laser by inputting different digital signal (TTL level) into the driving power supply.

CNI can provide high frequency modulated DPSS lasers: single longitudinal mode lasers and high power stability lasers, wavelengths are available for 473nm, 532nm, 556nm, 561nm, 671nm, etc.
