AV14-4 Vortex Impeller Submersible Sewage Pump
As/AV/Wq Submersible Sewage Pumps are designed with large channel and non-clogging impellers, allowing solids up to 80 mm in diameter to pass through efficiently. The pump features a rugged cast iron body and uses advanced sealing materials for enhanced durability. The motor is rated at F class insulation and offers IP68 protection, ensuring reliable and long-term operation. Its compact design makes it easy to transport and install, while the automatic installation system with dual guide rails simplifies both setup and maintenance. The pump can operate automatically thanks to a float switch and can be remotely controlled using various monitoring systems.
These pumps are widely used in industrial, commercial, and residential settings. They are ideal for draining heavily polluted water from factories, sewage from residential areas, hospitals, and hotels, as well as for water supply and drainage in municipal and wastewater treatment facilities. They are also suitable for civil air defense systems, construction sites, and agricultural applications such as methane collection and irrigation.
Operating conditions include a pH range of 5–9, with water temperatures below 60°C and impurity content less than 25%. Installation options include fixed wet installation and free-standing installation. The fixed wet installation utilizes an auto-coupling system that allows the pump to slide down along a guide rail and position itself automatically. The free-standing installation involves placing the pump on a support plate and connecting it via flexible piping, suitable for emergency, maintenance, or construction scenarios (for pumps with power less than 4 kW).
The AS and AV series represent different types of submersible sewage pumps. The AS model features a non-clogging, single-channel semi-open impeller, while the AV model uses a vortex impeller. The designation includes details such as power, number of motor poles, phase type, and additional features like a contra-block device.
