  1.  Brief Introduction
This series of valves is designed for use in ultra-high vacuum systems, allowing the control of vacuum lines. These are two types of vacuum block valves: manual and pneumatic. They offer numerous advantages such as stability, durability, excellent sealing performance, and a long service life. As a result, they are often the preferred choice in ultra-high vacuum equipment. Manual valves operate using a rotating handle, while pneumatic valves utilize compressed air to open and close. In case of power loss, the valve plates will automatically close due to spring force. The valves are suitable for pure air and non-corrosive gases.

  1. Designed in a standard and modular way, making it easy to replace and maintain.
  2. Easy to clean and maintain.
  3. Equipped with stainless steel bellows and Viton O-rings, no lubrication required.
  4. The inner body of the valve is welded with stainless steel, ensuring a low leak rate.

Each product has a specific order number that can be used to identify the type of valve based on its operation mode and nominal diameter (DN). For example, an order number like 2089 refers to a high vacuum manual block straight valve with DN=16mm and a CF flange. Below is a table showing the order numbers and weight for different sizes:
