Application of Single Screw Granulating Machine for Bottle Recycling:
The SJ series plastic granulator is primarily used to pelletize crushed (rigid) materials, bottle flakes, and agglomerated films. This pelletizing line features a special screw design, an effective degassing and filtration system (hydraulic screen changer), ensuring stable output and long service life. The machines are highly automated, requiring only two workers for the entire production line— one to control the electric control panel and another to feed materials and change the hydraulic screen changer.
