Wood-plastic composite (WPC) products are an eco-friendly alternative to traditional wood, significantly reducing the demand for natural timber. Acemech has developed specialized calibration forming technology for PVC wood plastic foam, low or no foam, and cold extrusion solutions for PE/PP wood plastic. To enhance the durability of WPC products, a protective layer is applied using co-extrusion technology.
