Precautions for use
Installation methods and connection requirements:
1, according to the basic size of concrete foundation, at the same time to bury the anchor bolt. Put the unit on the foundation, find the level of the positive pump, tighten the anchor bolt. The pump should be close to the pool position as close as possible.
2, the pump inlet pipe diameter shall not exceed the specified requirements, and the length of the liquid inlet pipe is not greater than 5m, in the case of meeting the requirements, the shorter the better. The strainer must be installed at the bottom of the inlet pipe to prevent excessive particles or debris from entering the pump body, damaging the impeller or affecting the work of the pump, and the filtration area should be 3-4 times larger than the sectional area of the pipeline.
3, the pump outlet pipe line must be equipped with valves, used to regulate the flow, so that the pump in the specified flow of work, to prevent excessive pump can not work. The outlet pipe diameter shall not be less than the specified requirements, and the larger the outlet diameter, the better. The total length of the liquid outlet pipe must be 1.5 times longer than the length of the inlet pipe, and it will be better if possible.
4, the weight of the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid delivery pipe can not be supported on the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump, and they should be fixed on the respective supports. Each part of the inlet and outlet pipe must be tight and airtight, otherwise it will affect the self-priming function and the normal operation of the pump.
