Reports Recently, Ningxia Electric Power Research Institute automatically sent two intelligent substation technicians to the site of the Jiangjianan 330kV substation, and officially started to stay at the commissioning point.

Through three-and-a-half-month plant commissioning and acceptance from March to July, the interoperability between Xu Ji’s background integration, Sifang intelligent terminals, and Nanrui and Nanfang’s smart IEDs used in Jiang’s 330kV smart substation project Testing has basically eliminated various defects. This commissioning will formally establish a small environment for factory debugging into a large-scale environment system for the whole station. It has a complete station-controlled MMS network, a 330kV line string, and a line-to-line GOOSE dual-network and point-to-point trip logic.

Jiangjianan 330kV smart substation is the first smart substation adopting a peer-to-peer structure after the publication of the Guidelines for Smart Substation of the State Grid, and it is also of great significance to shoulder many important tasks such as power supply for Taizhongyin Electrified Railway and power transmission at Wuhu Power Plant. The on-site commissioning schedule was tight and the task was heavy. The leaders at all levels of the company paid great attention to it and successively visited the site during the construction period. In order to ensure that the project will be put into operation on schedule, nearly 20 technicians are dispatched by the relevant manufacturers, Xu Ji, Sifang, Nanrui, and Nanzi, and all grass-roots units will also send people to participate in training. As the main force of commissioning for XJ project, the automatic room of Ningxia Electric Power Institute spares no effort to participate in it from the beginning to the end. It actively communicates and coordinates. Apart from the infrastructure construction unit, the technical staff of this room is the team of early settlement.
