1. Purpose:

In order to standardize the sampling work and improve the accuracy and fairness of the sample, this standard is specially formulated.

2. area:

This standard applies only to beneficiation plant sampling, sample preparation work.

3. Reference standards:

GBT14261-1993, national bulk zinc concentrate preparation method;

GBT14262-1993, the national bulk lead concentrate sample preparation method.

4. Method and regulations for taking samples:

4.1. Before the sample is taken, the sampling personnel shall clean up the sampling and use equipment to prevent the residual material in the appliance from affecting the quality of the sample.

4.2. When taking samples, the supply and purchase sides and the concentrator must be on site. If one party is not on site, the sample is considered as a waste sample and must be re-taken.

4.3. The sampling personnel will seal the samples taken in plastic bags and store them in a cool place to avoid exploding in the hot sun.

4.4. Sampling shall be taken within the forklift bucket according to the regulations of the selection plant. The sampling points shall be evenly distributed at three points per shovel. If it is necessary to sample on the car due to special circumstances, the distance between each point should not exceed 80cm, and the sample tube must be inserted into the end.

4.5, the sampling point taken every member must beat in the sample tube with a small iron hammer. After ensuring that the sample tube has no residuals, take another point.

4.6. Lead and zinc concentrate sampling pipes should be clearly marked, and mixed use is strictly prohibited to avoid affecting the quality of concentrate.

4.7 After the sample is taken, the sampler and the representatives of the supplier and the purchaser shall sign the record of the sample, and distribute the sample according to the car number and send it to the laboratory for sample preparation. The delivery sample is the same as a car.

4.8. Take the sample sample every 30 minutes according to the location specified by the workshop, take at least 15 samples per shift, and send the sample preparation room before leaving work.

5. Preparation of samples and determination of moisture:

5.1, sample preparation

5.1.1 After the sample is sent to the sample preparation room, the staff must stir evenly according to the requirements. The coarse particles that have been condensed in the sample should be ground. After the photo, the samples should be placed diagonally according to the cutting method, and then mixed and evenly mixed.

5.1.2 After the sample is mixed and mixed, the sample is tested for moisture by the supplier and the buyer. When the moisture is measured, the sealing is effective after the oven is closed, and after the drying is completed, the two sides jointly unsealing.

5.2, method of moisture determination

5.2.1. Weigh the 500-1000g sample moisture with the balance scale, place it in the sample tray and send it to the oven for drying. The drying time is not less than 90-120 minutes, and the drying time of the process sample is not less than 30 minutes.

5.2.2. When drying the sample in an oven, the temperature is controlled to be baked at a constant temperature of 105 ° C. The upper and lower errors are not more than 5 ° C, otherwise the sample is invalid.

5.3. Classification and preservation of samples

5.3.1 After the sample is dried, it is ground, mixed and stirred evenly. According to the supply and purchase, both parties need to pack four equal parts, one for the analysis of the laboratory, one for the purchaser, one for the sales department, and one for the sample. It is registered and stored by the factory.

5.3.2. When the package is sealed and sealed, the supplier and the purchaser shall take effect after signing.

5.3.3. During the storage period, no one shall arbitrarily transfer samples without the permission of the head of the laboratory. If the sample needs to be transferred for work, it must go through relevant procedures or write a loan.

5.3.4. During the storage period, except for the settlement of the supply and purchase parties, the other people shall have no right to unpack, otherwise the relevant personnel shall be investigated for economic responsibility or related legal responsibilities.

5.3.5. The storage time limit of the sample is: six months for the auxiliary sample and one year for the secondary planting. After the arrival period, the laboratory is responsible for returning the sample to the returning yard.
