Abstract : This paper introduces the Yuncheng pre-paid energy management system of Chengdu Wuhou Wuyue Plaza Project. It adopts intelligent remote pre-payment power meter to collect the real-time electricity consumption and remaining electricity of each merchant, and remotely control the switch-off by intelligent remote prepayment meter. In order to achieve electricity after the sale of electricity. The system adopts the on-site local networking method. After networking, it is transmitted to the back-end via fieldbus communication. The Acrel-3200 remote pre-paid power management system realizes the charging, monitoring and management of each merchant's electricity consumption.

0 Overview

The project totals 108,000 square meters, 1610 parking spaces, 9,000 square meters of supermarkets, 2,300 square meters of cinema, and 10,000 square meters of children's facilities. .

This project provides a solution for the remote prepayment system for Chengdu Wuhou Wu Yue Plaza project. This project is a total of 5 floors in the mall.

In view of the nature of electricity consumption by merchants, intelligent management of commercial electricity is implemented. In order to ensure the independence and security of electricity consumption by merchants, a one-for-one plan is adopted, and Ankerui Terminal pre-paid electricity is configured for commercial users for this project. The meter DTSY1352-NK and DDSY1352-NK measure the power consumption of each commercial user independently. The communication manager collects data of all terminal energy meters through the RS-485 bus. The communications manager transmits data to a central management computer through a dedicated network of optical fibers. The system management software stores and processes the data to form the files required by the property manager, such as graphics and texts, so as to realize the intelligent management of the power consumption of the entire store.

2 system solutions

Acrel-3200 remote prepaid energy management system is designed according to the actual situation of Chengdu Wuhou Wuyue Plaza. The pre-paid meter is installed on the shopping mall merchants. The field device layer is mainly: remote prepaid meter. The main network communication layer is: a communication server. Its main function is to collect the scattered data at the site collection device and transmit it to the station control layer at the same time. The data exchange between the field layer and the station control layer is completed.

Station control management: equipped with high-performance industrial servers, monitors, UPS power supplies, printers and other equipment. The monitoring system is installed on the server, collects and displays the operating status of the field devices and displays them to the user in the form of human-computer interaction.

Smart meter on-site connection

The on-site intelligent device (remote prepaid watt-hour meter) is connected in a hand-in-hand manner through a shielded twisted pair (RVVSP2*1.0).
