Shandong Lingong released the E660F-EX at the 2018 Shanghai BMW Show, a pure electric concept small excavator. The launch of this concept excavator marks the first time that Shandong Lingong has been involved in the electromechanical business and has not yet been commercialized. The E660F-EX is one of 24 mechanical products exhibited by Shandong Lingong at the event held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from November 27th to 30th.

Shandong Lingong pure electric concept mini excavator

The 6-ton capacity E660F-EX is based on the current E660FL mini excavator. The bucket capacity is 0.2m3, the maximum digging force is 40kN, and the turning speed is 10r/min. In this electromechanical product, the internal combustion engine was replaced by a 30kWh lithium battery and a switched reluctance motor.

The E660F-EX concept machine can be charged by plugging into the grid or existing vehicle charging facilities in China. It takes three to four hours to fully charge on a 220V grid. If a dedicated grid is used, the charging process can be completed in one hour. After full charge, the E660F-EX can perform about three hours of excavation work continuously.
