To find the right size, measure the circumference of your head just above your eyebrows. Compare it to a standard helmet size chart and always go down a size if you're between two measurements.

Can I Use a Regular Bike Helmet?

For riding at lower speeds (like the default setting on Delfast TOP 3.0), a regular bike helmet is sufficient. But if you plan to go faster, especially on trails or in rough terrain, a motorcycle-style helmet or one with MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) is highly recommended.
