Turning rolls refers to the use of welding pieces and the friction between the active roller to drive the cylindrical welding device rotation device. Third, the establishment of warning: sound and visual signals must occur at the same time before blasting, so that people in the danger zone can clearly hear and see, underground blasting should set up sentries on the relevant channels, ground blasting should be at the boundary of the danger zone Set up guard posts so that all channels are under surveillance and evacuate all personnel in the blasting danger zone.
4. Ignition, connection and detonation: The fuse shall be used for detonation. It shall be carried out by not less than two persons, and must be ignited by a fuse or a special ignition device. When a single ignition occurs, the number of consecutive ignitions of one person shall not exceed 5 underground explosions, and the number of open explosions shall not exceed 10. The length of the fuse should be such that after the completion of the fuse, the personnel can be evacuated to a safe place, but not less than 1.2 meters.
When the electric detonator is used to detonate, the electric detonator must be turned on one by one, and the electric detonator used in the same blasting network should be the same model of the same factory. Before the main line of blasting is connected with the blasting power supply, the total resistance value of the whole line must be measured. The error between the total resistance value and the actual calculated value must be less than ± 5%. Otherwise, the connection is prohibited. Large blasting must use a double detonation line. When gas and coal dust explosion hazards in mines detonated using electricity, except for the use of explosion-proof detonator as detonation power.
Sixth, blind cannon treatment: The blind cannons produced by the explosion contain guns and cannons. If a blind cannon is found and a blind cannon is suspected, it should be reported immediately and dealt with promptly. If it cannot be disposed of in time, it should be clearly marked and appropriate safety measures should be taken to prohibit the ejection or pulling of the detonation kit, and it is strictly forbidden to kill the eye. The main methods of blind cannon are:
(1) After inspection, it is confirmed that the detonation line of the blasthole is intact and missed, and the explosion is caused by the leakage ignition, and the detonation can be performed again.
(2) The parallel eye charge is detonated. For shallow blasting, parallel eye distance blind blasthole shall not be less than 0.3 m, and deep hole blasting parallel eye distance blind blasthole shall not be less than 10 times the blasthole diameter.
(3) Using a tool made of wood, bamboo or other materials that are not ignited, gently pour out most of the stuffing in the blasthole and use a concentrating drug pack to induce the blast.
(4) If the explosive used is non-water-resistant ammonium nitrate explosive, part of the stuffing may be taken out and water is poured into the hole to invalidate the explosive.
Prevention of mine blasting accidents
First, in strict accordance with the operating procedures: blasting operations personnel must obtain the qualification of the blasting staff; all kinds of blasting must be prepared blasting design book or blasting instructions. The design book or instruction manual shall have specific blasting methods, blasting sequence, charge amount, ignition or connection method, warning safety measures, etc.; during the blasting process, the unrelated personnel must be evacuated. Strictly observe the safety regulations and safety operation rules for blasting operations.
5. Post-explosion inspection: After blasting, after a period of time (open-air blasting is not less than 5 minutes, underground blasting is not less than 15 minutes, and ventilation is required to blow off the gun smoke), and then confirm the blasting site safety, after the blasting command or When the blasting squad leader agreed to issue a warning signal, the personnel were allowed to enter the blasting site.
