Crusher number calculation

<

Main factors influencing the crusher processing amount is not: the physical properties of material to be broken (may be broken, density, cleavage degree of humidity and size distribution, etc.), the process conditions (open or closed operation, reduction ratio, to a uniform petrolatum and Product size requirements, etc.) and equipment performance (crusher type, specifications and parameters, etc.). K 3 - the correction coefficient of the ore particle size, K 3 =1 + (0.8-d max /b) or look up Table 1;
d max - the maximum particle size of the ore, mm;
B——the width of the mine mouth, mm;
K 4 - moisture correction coefficient, check the table 1;
q s —— under standard conditions (medium hard ore, loose density 1.6t/m 3 ), handling capacity when open circuit breaking, t/h, when using ordinary type 颚, gyration and cone crusher , q s =q o b po or selected according to equipment sample data;
q o —— the processing capacity of unit discharge port width, t/(mm·h), see Table 2;
b p - the width of the crusher discharge port, mm.

When the closed circuit is broken, the crusher passing capacity (through the capacity of the capacity meter) is calculated according to formula (2), and can also be corrected according to the passing ability given in the sample and the ore hardness, particle size, density, moisture and other factors.

Second, the light facing roller crusher
The amount of light facing the roller crusher can be calculated by the following formula or by sample data.

————Ore filling coefficient, μ=0.2~0.4, the crushed hard ore and coarse ore take large value, and vice versa;

Third, the impact crusher
The impact crusher can be calculated according to one of the following two formulas, or can be selected according to the sample data of the equipment.

K——the correction coefficient of the theoretical processing amount and the actual processing amount, generally taking K=1.0;
————Ore filling coefficient, μ=0.2~0.7, hard ore and coarse ore take large value, and vice versa;
C——the number of hammers on the rotor;
b 1 - the hammer width, m;
H——plate hammer height, m;
N——rotor revolution number, r/min;
D——rotor diameter, m;
L——rotor length, m;
D——the gap between the counterattack plate and the hammer, m;
υ——The line speed of the hammer, m/s;
ρ s - the same formula (1).
The circumferential speed of the counter crusher rotor is 12~70m/s, generally 15~45m/s.
The rotor diameter D (mm) is determined according to the maximum ore particle size d max (mm), D ≥ 1.25d max +200.
Fourth, hammer crusher
The hammer crusher throughput can be calculated as follows, or it can be selected according to the equipment sample data.

b 1 , L - respectively, the width and length of the sieve gap, m;
C——the number of sieve gaps;
Μ——fullness and discharge unevenness coefficient, generally μ=0.015~0.07, small equipment takes small value, large equipment takes large value;
M——the number of hammer rows in the circumferential direction of the rotor, generally m=3~6;
n, ρ s - symbolic meaning is the same as formula (5), (6).
When crushing medium hard material and the crushing ratio S is 15~20, q=(30~45) DLρ s ; when crushing coal , q=ηLD 2 (n/60) 2 /(S-1).
Where η——material hardness and equipment structure type influence coefficient, η=0.12~0.22.

Commission:

The Supplier should give drawings and other details of material/preparation required for installation of machinery which the buyer has to prepare and keep ready before the machine arrives at the buyer's factory. Installation and commissioning can be finished within 10-15 days for above machine generally. 
 

Training:

Training will include training on computer programming, machine operation and troubleshooting. The training time is at most 5 days for this machine. 

The buyer should arrange no less than two people for accepting training. After training, the buyer should sign the "Receiving & Inspection Report" supplied by the seller to demonstrate the successful finish of commissioning and acceptance of the buyer.
