In this occupational health prevention and control work, the plant compared the new requirements of noise, odor, medium, high temperature, dust, and other new requirements. New technologies for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases were adopted in the entire plant's old installations, new equipment installations and renovation projects. The new technology was inspected and monitored. Occupational hazards detection points were established in each device, and noise, odor, etc. were regularly tested to ensure that occupational disease risk factor detection coverage rate reached 100%; supervisors were instructed to guide employees to wear protective labor supplies and improve employees. In addition, as of now, all special equipment for 29 sets of equipment in the factory are equipped with special protective equipment such as eyewash, acid-alkali protective clothing, and air respirator. The remote control of hazardous chemicals areas is implemented to effectively prevent occupational diseases.
