For a class of equipment operated by a single person, a personal responsibility system is implemented; a three-shift system or equipment operated by several people at the same time is implemented by the squad leader. 3.4. Public facilities should be designated for maintenance. 3.5. Once the operator finds that the equipment is short of oil, missing parts or abnormal operation, it should be dealt with in time. If it cannot be handled, the mechanic should be notified immediately.

3.6. The equipment user should carefully implement the cleaning and smashing system, so that each class can be cleaned once a week, and it can be cleaned up to four standards (no water, no garbage, no debris, no oil), oil holes, bearings. Gears, cams, etc. should be oily and free of debris. Always keep the equipment clean.

3.9. Equipment lubrication work must organize regular oil change according to the equipment oil change cycle, and implement “five fixed” (ie: regular, fixed point, qualitative, quantitative, fixed person). The operator should actively cooperate with the maintenance personnel to strictly follow the lubrication chart. Add and replace grease to the lubrication points of the equipment. The grease used must meet the requirements of the equipment manual. The substitution of grease or the use of formulated grease is subject to the approval of the equipment management department.

3.10. Electrical equipment shall be subjected to regular preventive tests in accordance with regulations. All types of instruments, instruments, safety signals, relay protection and other devices should be regularly checked to remove hidden dangers and ensure safety.
