Gold is mainly natural gold, and its particle size distribution is:

The production process is shown in Figure 11-3. This re-floating combined process, the re-selection part is used to recover the coarse and medium-sized gold, and the flotation part is used to recover the fine-grained gold. Due to the lower grade of ore, there are more easy-to-float minerals (including mica and chlorite), so four selections were used. 4000t / d Mineral Processing Plant XCFâ…¡ / KYFâ…¡ flotation machine. The flotation collector has used a single xanthate, butyl ammonium black drug, xanthate + butyl ammonium black drug, and finally only Z-200. The main production indicators are listed in Table 11-2.

2. The flotation of a gold mine is a special deposit. It is tellurium, bismuth and gold, silver and associated mine off. It is a semiconductor element and has a wide range of uses in electronics, military and medical fields. The main components of the ore (%) are as follows:

Metallic minerals include stibnite, pyrrhotite, pyrite, chalcopyrite, goethite and natural gold. The gangue minerals are mainly iron dolomite, followed by muscovite, and a small amount of silicate minerals such as chlorite. The stibnite is mostly vein-like, reticular and block-like, with less disseminated, and its particle size is generally 0.1~1mm. Natural gold is mostly gold.
Nine collectors have been tested in the flotation test: ethylammonium black, isopropylammonium black, ethyl acrylate black, 25 black, butyl ammonium black, 35 collector, No. 156 collector, ethyl xanthate and butyl xanthate. But in the end, ethyl xanthate (EX) is the best, followed by butyl xanthate. The foaming agent is a pine oil. The process and pharmacy system determined by the test are shown in Figure 11-4. The results of the selection are listed in Table 11-3.
