Shallow hole room column mining

For the mining or horizontally inclined ore body, the mining room and the pillars are alternately arranged in the ore block, and the mining room is first, and the continuous or intermittent regular pillar or discontinuous pillar is used to maintain the roof of the goaf. These pillars are generally not recycled. Only when the ore is expensive or of high grade, some or all of the recovery is considered in the later stages. The ore is mainly transported by electricity. (1) Mining area layout and structural parameters (see figure) In general, several mining areas are divided along the ore body. In the mining area, 5 to 7 ore blocks are generally divided; in some cases, it can be increased to 8 to 10 ore blocks, or to 3 to 4 ore blocks. When the length of the ore body is short and the scale is small, the mining area and the pillar can be directly divided into mining areas and pillars. In order to ensure safety between the mining areas, a continuous permanent pillar must be left.

Shallow hole retention method

Workers work directly on the retained ore piles under the exposed surface of the mine, and stratify and recover from the bottom to the top. Each time about 1/3 of the ore is discharged, the bottom of the ore is released from the bottom of the ore, and the rest is temporarily retained in the mine. Continue to pick up the work platform. After all the mining houses have been harvested, the ore that has been retained in the mining room will be released in large quantities, that is, a large amount of ore is released. This mining method is suitable for mining steep ore deposits with stable ore and surrounding rock, no pyrophoric ore, no oxidation and no agglomeration.

(1) Nugget structure and parameters

• Stage height: 40~60m;

(2) Precision cutting

• The mining and cutting engineering mainly includes: along the pulse roadway, the mining patio, the mining roadway, the electric roadway, the bottoming roadway, the funnel and so on.

• 1) The standard patio is generally arranged in the column. The specification is 1.5~2.0×2.0~2.5m2. Every 4~6m, the pedestrian crossing road with a section of 2.0×1.5m2 is connected to the stope. (2) Cutting of nuggets

• The cutting work of the nuggets includes bottoming and leaking.

• Leakage is to create conditions for the mine, and the mouth of the funnel is turned into a trumpet shape.

(3) Recovery

• Use bottom-up stratified recovery to perform operations such as collapse, ventilation, partial ore deposits, flat field and turquoise treatment in each stratification. The working face of the mining face is mostly the layout of the ladder, and the rock for the recovery mining adopts the upward or horizontal rock drilling method. The upward blasthole is generally inclined forward by 750 to 850; the horizontal blasthole is generally raised by 500 to 800. When hitting the blasthole, the length of the step of the working face of the step is generally 10~15m; when the horizontal blasthole is used, the length of the step is generally 2~4m, and the height of the step is 1.2~2m.

• Partial ore discharge generally releases about 30% of each ore collapsed, so that the mining face is maintained at 2 to 2.5 m. After partial ore release, the roof of the mine and the rock of the upper and lower plates should be inspected immediately, and the pumice should be treated at the same time to level the site. When the mine is harvested to the top column, a large amount of uniform ore is carried out.
