In addition to continuing to promote the use of new energy vehicles in the public sector, private car buyers will also receive subsidies for local finance, and constitute a “double supplement” with the central financial subsidies.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Economic and Information Committee, Dalian has set up a framework for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles, and is drafting the “Opinions on Further Promoting the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles”, which is expected to be promulgated in the near future. Among them, for new energy vehicle consumers who meet the scope of central financial subsidies, the local finance will once again provide matching subsidies according to a certain percentage of the central financial subsidies. In addition, Dalian will continue to promote the city's public transport system to vigorously apply new energy vehicles, support the application of new energy vehicles in the field of taxis, and increase the intensity of postal sanitation and other areas of the city using new energy vehicles. In the next step, Dalian Municipality will issue implementation rules for demonstration and promotion of fund management, installation of charging piles in residential areas and public parking lots, and charging of electricity charges.
