The project is the largest of the 10 national tire recycling and recycling demonstration bases constructed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Environmental Protection. It will build a state-level urban tire recycling and recycling technology research and development center. The project adopts the world's most advanced technology for harmless treatment of used tires, which can cleanly produce cracked oil products, pyrolytic carbon black and other products.
