a. Keep the fire extinguisher within easy reach; turn off the laser or shutter while not processing; do not place paper, cloth, or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam.
b. The operator must be trained to be familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment and master operating system knowledge.
c. Do not process a material without knowing if it can be irradiated or heated with laser light to avoid the potential for smoke and vapor.
d. Observe the general safety rules of the cutting machine. Start the laser strictly according to the laser startup procedure.
e. When the equipment is started, the operator must not leave the post or leave the staff to be in charge. If it is really necessary to leave, the operator should stop or cut off the power switch.
f. Do not process a material without knowing if it can be irradiated or heated with laser light to avoid the potential for smoke and vapor.
g. In the event of an abnormality in the processing, the machine should be shut down immediately, and the trouble should be promptly corrected or reported to the competent personnel.
h. Wear protective clothing as required and wear protective glasses that are in compliance with the laser beam.
i. When using gas cylinders, crush the welding wires should be avoided to avoid leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders should comply with gas cylinder monitoring procedures. Do not expose the cylinder to sunlight or near heat sources. When opening the bottle valve, the operator must stand on the side of the bottle mouth.
j. Observe high pressure safety regulations when servicing. Every 40 hours of operation or weekly maintenance, every 1000 hours of operation, or every six months of maintenance, should be performed in accordance with regulations and procedures.
l. After turning on the machine, manually start the machine at low speed in X and Y direction to check if there is any abnormality.
