In 1879, American scientist Edison invented incandescent lamps. Today, 135 years later, incandescent lamps will disappear in the United States. Since January 1, 2014, the US market has stopped selling the best-selling 40-watt and 60-watt incandescent lamps. South Korea, Thailand, and the Philippines have also taken measures to promote energy-saving lamps. Starting from October 1 this year, China will also ban the import and sale of ordinary lighting incandescent lamps of 60 watts and above. According to industry analysts, the LED lighting market has suddenly turned on, and the replacement of light sources will be launched globally in 2014.
LED energy-saving lamps developed rapidly, and gradually replaced the incandescent reporters visited several supermarkets and decorative cities, and found that energy-saving lamps accounted for a large proportion in the lighting market. Many merchants told reporters that LED lamps developed rapidly in 2013, almost all lamps The brand has launched LED products. Incandescent lamps are cheap, but they are easy to break. There are very few such products in the big-name lighting brands. In the past, everyone thought that the price of energy-saving lamps was slightly more expensive, but in recent years, they have already cut prices a lot. Because of their long life, most consumers are also willing to pay. A staff member of a lighting brand store told reporters.
LED lights are also in a state of turmoil in the lighting market, and several lighting brands are unanimously promoting LED products to reporters. Energy-saving lamps can be used for 5 years, and LED lamps can be used for 10 years without damage. Mr. Sun, the head of a lighting brand, said that the current price of LED lights is more than double that of energy-saving lamps, and the market is still in the process of cultivation. However, from the performance of last year, the future development space is still quite large.
As for incandescent lamps, Mr. Sun told reporters that Nanjing consumers are already very aware of the use of energy-saving lamps. Incandescent lamps are estimated to be available in some hardware stores.
Incandescent lamps of 60 watts and above have been banned in October since the beginning of 2014. The ban on incandescent lamps has been listed on the delisting agenda in all countries. The reporter learned that in fact, in 2011, China had an incandescent lamp elimination plan. At that time, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce and other departments jointly issued the "Notice on the gradual ban on the import and sale of ordinary lighting incandescent lamps", clearly from 2011 11 From the 1st of the month, according to the power level, it is divided into five stages, and the import and sale of ordinary lighting incandescent lamps are gradually prohibited.

This year will enter the third stage. From October 1, 2014, it is forbidden to import and sell ordinary lighting incandescent lamps of 60 watts or more. The period from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016 is the mid-term evaluation period; from October 1, 2016, the import and sale of general-purpose incandescent lamps of 15 watts or more are prohibited, or adjustments are made based on the results of the mid-term evaluation.
The LED lighting market needs to ensure the standard, so that consumers can feel at ease from the lighting market of several decorative cities. Although the popularity of LED lights is increasing, it is still rejected by a considerable number of consumers due to higher prices. In addition, last year, the LED lighting industry also experienced negative events such as product fraud and corporate closures. The chaos in the market also caused some consumers to have doubts during the purchase.
According to experts from the Lighting Society, there was a time when LED lights on the market swarmed up and seemed to have rushed to consumers overnight, and the price war followed. In the price war, some companies' products were shoddy, and the price was lowered to lower the price, which caused adverse effects on the market and caused some consumers to misunderstand the LED lights. The expert said that as long as the process passes and the technology passes, the LED lamp can be safely used, and it can also achieve environmental protection and energy saving.
