In mine crusher equipment, jaw crushers , impact crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, etc. occupy a very important position. Today, there are solutions to the following phenomena regarding the jaw crusher.

1. The crusher frame is beating.

Causes: 1 The anchor bolts are loose or broken; 2 The main engine is basically uneasy, there is no isolation method; 3 The fly and the sheave counterweights are offset.

Solution: 1 tighten the anchor bolt or change the broken bolt; 2 remove the flywheel shaft end cover, loosen the fly, the groove wheel tightens the set bolt, adjust the position of the fly and the sheave counterweight, and then tighten Tightening bolts; 3 basic reinforcement, padded sleepers or rubber.

2. The temperature rise in the frame bearing housing or the moving jaw is too high.

Cause: 1 bearing oil or oil injection too much; 2 oil hole blocked, oil does not enter; 3 fly groove wheel weight position deviation, the frame jumps; 4 tightening bushing produces axial sway; 5 bearing Wear or cross-frame adjacent to the destruction; 6 non-bearing temperature rise, but the dynamic sealing sleeve and the end cover friction fever or the frame bearing seat double-embedded cover and the spindle all the way to move, friction fever.

Solution: 1 according to the imitation rule, punctual quantitative refueling; 2 clean up the oil hole, oil tank blockage; 3 adjust the position of the flywheel counterweight; 4 remove the bearing cap on the frame, lock the bushing and Remove the flywheel or sheave, change the new tightening bushing; 5 change the bearing; 6 change the end cap and the sealing sleeve, or loosen the upper bearing cap of the firing end of the frame bearing housing, press the fuse and insert cover all the way into the machine In the bearing housing groove, the bearing cap is fixed.

3. The bracket is broken.

Causes: 1 The quality of the toggle bracket and the bracket is unqualified; 2 The displacement of the movable jaw in the frame occurs, and the bottom of one end hits the edge of the frame; the discharge opening of the 3 is smaller than the specified size.

Solution: 1 Replace the original bracket and bracket pad produced by the main engine factory; 2 Precision device for the painful shaft, bearing, tightening bushing and moving jaw; 3 Adjust the discharge opening as required.

If the jaw crusher has the above three conditions, the engineer can solve the fault according to the above and let the equipment be put back into production.

The main factors affecting the jaw crusher work are the angle of the corner and the number of revolutions.

The angle of the jaw crusher is the angle between the momentum and the quota. According to the calculation, the maximum angle of engagement can reach 32, but in actual use, it is less than 25, generally about 18-20. If the angle of the teeth is too large, the ore in the crushing chamber will be extruded upwards, causing injury or damage to other equipment, and the productivity will decrease as the angle of the teeth increases (the crushing ratio increases). Adjust the size of the discharge port, which is the size of the angle. In actual production, the size of the discharge port is adjusted according to the requirements of the size of the ore discharge. Therefore, in order to ensure the product size requirements, it is reasonable to enlarge the discharge port as much as possible. The size of the discharge port can be adjusted by adjusting the block. Pay attention to the relationship between the crush ratio and the productivity when adjusting the size of the discharge port.

Within a certain range, increasing the number of revolutions of the eccentric shaft of the jaw crusher can increase the productivity of the crusher, but it also increases the power consumption of crushing the unit weight of ore. If the rotation speed is too large, the crushed chamber will not be discharged due to the broken ore, and the plugging phenomenon will occur, which will reduce the production capacity and increase the power consumption. Therefore, the jaw crusher should have an optimum number of revolutions.

The eccentric shaft, connecting rod, movable jaw, shaft and lining of the jaw crusher make the main wear parts require frequent attention to lubrication and replacement.
