Here are some photos I snapped at the Dive Box located on Ashland Avenue over the Calumet River last Sunday morning (June 18). I’m not sure whether the initial report was about someone who had jumped off the bridge or just an accident where someone fell into the water. The emergency response teams worked diligently in the area for several hours but unfortunately didn’t find anything when I wrote this. I thought it might be interesting to share some pictures of the gear and equipment that were present on the scene.

It was quite a sight to see all the resources brought together for this operation. As someone who enjoys capturing moments like these, I wanted to share what I saw that day. The teamwork and professionalism displayed by everyone involved were truly commendable. It’s always a reminder of how prepared our local departments are for any situation that arises.
