According to reports, in order to facilitate the replacement of the electric taxi to replace the battery, Beijing Automobile and other car companies will establish a cooperative relationship with Sinopec, providing daily full battery to more than 500 Sinopec gas stations in Beijing, which is convenient for taxis to change when shifting. It is reported that it takes about 3-5 minutes to replace the battery each time, and each battery has a cruising range of about 200 kilometers.
For the charging problem of the taxi battery, it is expected that the principle of idle time charging will be adopted, that is, the battery will be charged every morning and distributed to each gas station. At the same time, Beijing will also step up the construction of charging piles in the community.
